While we are happy to move furniture within reason if there are delicate items you are at all concerned about we ask that these items be moved in advance.
Please have furniture items pulled 3-4 feet away from your windows. We are happy to move a few small items within reason. Excess or very large items can take considerable time and labor and would incur a moving charge of $10 per item over 5 items .
If you have questions or concerns about specific items, send us a picture and we’ll work out a plan with you.
Can you work around my pets?
We love pets, but every pet is different with its own unique temperament. If your pet does not do well around strangers we ask that your pet be secured.
Can you make sure my doors and gates stay closed so my pet doesn’t get out?
We try our best to make sure doors and gates get closed behind us, however we are often moving in long ladders and equipment through doors and gates. If your pet is one that tries to escape we recommend you keep your pet secured during the duration of our service and that you check your doors and gates after we leave before you release your pet. Occasionally gates will have tricky latches that may appear closed to us but don’t latch completely without that special jiggle that only you know about.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
This all depends on what you have going on in and around your home. Some landscaping lets off lots of pollen and debris onto the windows. And some families have little ones and pets that like to touch, smear, and lick the glass. For homeowners without these issues semi annual is a good choice. For those with these issue quarterly service is our most popular residential choice. If you have a commercial property with high traffic then monthly or biweekly maybe the best choice for you. Let us know your needs and we’ll create a customized plan just for you!
Do you wash screens and tracks? Are they included?
This all depends on what package you choose. Our Basic Cleaning offers a dusting of your screens. Let us know what you prefer and we’ll get you all set up.

No need to worry! We have a 7 day rain guarantee. If it rains within 7 days of our service, and you see spotting after the rain dries, give us a call and we’ll get that fixed for you.
Generally speaking rain on clean windows does not cause spotting. Rain on dirty windows does!
When is the best time to have my gutters cleaned?
The best time to clean your gutters is when they are dirty and filled! The number of trees you have close to your house, and how productive those trees is also a factor in how often you should get your gutters cleaned. We also take the number of downspouts into account when writing your estimate.
Overfilled gutters can cause water to not drain properly which can cause foundation issue, rotting wood trim, leaks that can come into your home, and damaged heavy gutters that pull away from your home. That being said if you are regularly maintaining your gutters the best time is in the winter after all the leaves have fallen i.e. January and February and the summer after the pollen and flowers have shed i.e. July and August.
How do you charge for gutters?
We charge for gutters by the linear foot. Our rate varies depending on what story the gutters on and if they have gutter guards or leaf guards on them.
Why does it cost more to have my gutters cleaned in I have leaf or gutter guards on them?
Normally we would be able to remove the debris from your gutters and downspouts and flush them there after but when leaf/gutter guards are present we have to uninstall your gutter guards before we clean the gutters and reinstall them after which requires double the amount of labor and time.
Guards cost more, mainly because if it has been a while since your gutters were cleaned, this allows debris to break down and accumulate under the gutter guards.
Once we clean them the first time, we can help create a maintenance plan and this will reduce the cost of their gutter cleaning.
